Koopmann.kommunikation goes to market

After many years of marketing work for the real estate sector, Koopmann.kommunikation/Hans Peter Koopmann is now licensed as a real estate agent in accordance with Section 34c of the German Industrial Code. We will be focussing in future on the interesting segment of condominiums and apartments on the Berlin market. The first properties are currently being prepared and will be posted here and on the relevant portals.
Relaunch CKSA

2. January 2019

Christoph Kohl Architekten is becoming CKSA – the partnership Christoph Kohl Stadtplaner Architekten. With restructuring and rebranding the expanding Berlin office is reflecting a significant change in its international activities: the growing importance of city and land use planning in the respective projects, of which right now several are going to be realized in Germany and the Netherlands. We advise CKSA regarding the relaunch process and its communications.
KIS

26. April 2017

As of 2016, we had been involved in the relaunch of the website of the Kommunaler Immobilienservice Potsdam (KIS). Now, there is an up order: The user-friendly and mostly barrier-free interface with its responsive design features will be expanded and restructured. KIS Potsdam is managing 400 public real estate objects with fixed assets of 500 Mio. Euro. The relaunched Website is a key element in the communications strategy of KIS, which is responsible for the property and services management for schools, municipal buildings, and cultural and sports facilities, affecting the daily lives of all of Potsdam’s residents. To ensure reachability and trouble freedom of the website, Koopmann.kommunikation additionally was given a service contract for the website.

Since 2015 we advised select berlin properties – the Berlin real estate broker with the wide spectre of services. Today, select berlin properties is delivering the whole value chain – specialised in premium locations und premium objects: acquisition of objects, sales plus after sales services. We advised project-wise the relaunch of media for marketing communications and the press relations.

The planning and organisation of the 8th Public Location Conference on the Conversion of Tegel Airport was our responsibility. Under the slogan ”TXL makes space. For your Berlin“, information was presented about the plans for the follow-up use of TXL. The interactive, family-friendly and dialogue-oriented format of the event offered the visitors the opportunity to meet the people involved in the “Urban Tech Republic” and the “Schumacher Quartier”. In addition to the plans for construction, landscaping, and general follow up use, visitors were also able to find out more about examples of urban technologies fir the cities of tomorrow.
Relaunch of kis-potsdam.de

1. June 2016

A new version of the Website of KIS Potsdam is now online. KIS Potsdam provides management services for more than 400 municipal properties in Potsdam, with a total value of some EUR 500 million. Koopmann.kommunikation had already developed the previous version of the Website in 2010 – and now kis-potsdam.de has been relaunched with a user-friendly and mostly barrier-free user interface with responsive design features. The relaunched Website is a key element in the communications strategy of KIS, which is responsible for the property and services management for schools, municipal buildings, and cultural and sports facilities, affecting the daily lives of all of Potsdam’s residents.
